Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessment at manufacturing facilities and document necessary deliverables likes Process Maps, Asset Frameworks etc.
  • Participate in design reviews, final design specification review, and localization of Digital Manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead the change prioritization process, working with the business to understand change requirements and collaborating with customer to understand complexity.
  • Provide support for non-routine investigations (e.g., deviations, complaints).
  • Prepare, review, approve, and provide support for preparation of relevant functional documents change controls, deviation investigations, validation protocols and summary reports, processing records, procedures.
  • Apply process knowledge and data analysis skills to support implementation of digital manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

  • Understand the ISA 95, 88, MESA principles required for manufacturing process, assets and integration approaches.

Compensation

  • $89k-$193k
