Responsibilities

  • Perform post-mobilization inspections at new locations and ensure completion and documentation of Post-Mob Checklists in KPA.
  • Develop positive customer relations through safe work practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/Degree
  • 1 Year of experience
  • Conduct or oversee all soil compaction tests to ensure site readiness and compliance. (If required)
  • Required:
  • Directly related experience may substitute for education
  • Leadership experience (if applicable)
  • Preferred:
  • DOT Knowledge

  • Reports To: Heavy Haul Manager
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct supervision to assigned employees, including responsibility for work assignments, performance management, coaching and development, and input into hiring, disciplinary, and compensation decisions

  • As a Heavy Haul Supervisor, you will be setting the tone as the first and last impression of our Last Mile customers. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe Rig up, transportation, and Rig down of our Last Mile equipment.

  • Attend all pre-frac meetings and pad walks and ensure proper documentation is completed in KPA.
  • Schedule HH Coordinators' shifts and assign daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure HH Coordinators are equipped with the proper tools and supplies to safely and efficiently complete rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Actively monitor rig moves by making routine visits to locations to ensure operations are progressing as planned.
  • Review and approve all HH Coordinator timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
