Compensation The annual base salary range for this position is $185,000 to $205,000 commensurate with experience.

About You The Role As Faro Health's Head of People, you will serve as a strategic executive partner to the CEO and leadership team, shaping the people strategy that powers our next stage of growth.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a performance-based bonus, equity participation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Individual compensation is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education.
