About the role

- This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Picking Team.
- While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 11:30pm ET, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule.
Responsibilities
- Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Outbound Manager to support the growth
- All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace
Requirements
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently, multitask and follow process and standard procedures
Compensation
- The expected starting salary for the position is $72,440 to $90,550 within a full position range of $72,440 to $108,660 annually.
- Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.
