About the role

  • This position serves as a key cross-functional link between multiple Operations sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of production activities

Responsibilities

  • Manage past due material issues.
  • Perform past due material issues.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the full production lifecycle, from order entry through shipping.
  • Support the Production Scheduling team with daily operations, process improvements, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate priorities across departments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a manufacturing office environment preferred.
  • Strong keyboarding ability, including 10-key pad, with 45+ wpm ability
  • typing test will be given.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with preferred experience in JD Edwards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook

Skills

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate priorities across departments.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
  • Work Environment/Travel Requirements
  • Mostly an office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor (proper PPE must be worn on manufacturing floor).
  • No travel required; this is full-time on-site position.
