About the role
- The position combines strategic relationship management, program implementation, outreach, training, and subject matter expertise to advance student and campus success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Student and Career Success Grant programs, student financing options, financial literacy, default prevention, and student loan counseling.
- Present programs, services, and outcomes to senior campus leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach efforts through email campaigns, referrals, webinars, demonstrations, and presentations to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of grant-supported services.
- Manage ongoing relationships with assigned schools, including conducting campus visits and providing consultative support.
- Develop, monitor, and communicate impact metrics and success measures to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and implement campus services and initiatives aligned with institutional priorities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of student success initiatives, financial literacy, student financing, and/or student loan programs.
Nice to have

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000.

- Partner with higher education administrators and campus leaders to build and maintain long-term relationships that support student success initiatives.
- Create and deliver training programs using a variety of learning methods, including webinars, online learning, printed materials, and in-person instruction.
- Develop content for newsletters, publications, presentations, and other communications to support outreach and education efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in higher education, financial aid, student lending, career services, grants administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building relationships, consulting, or partnering with higher education institutions and stakeholders.
