Requirements

- Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a technology leadership role 15+ years of IT leadership and program management experience, including large portfolio and financial oversight across cross-functional initiatives Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time Preferred Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a global, matrixed organization Strong track record delivering large-scale, global technology programs with measurable business outcomes Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, including annual planning and large-scale project financials Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity A track record of building strong, customer-aligned relationships and delivering solutions with a clear customer focus This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $155,300.00 and $258,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
