About the role

Assist with special projects, product launches, and strategic initiatives supporting military, international, and law enforcement sales efforts.
Participates in the company’s efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales goals and market growth objectives.
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, procurement personnel, armorers, trainers, distributors, and key decision-makers for the purpose of closing new opportunities.
Conduct live-fire product demonstrations and armorers trainings for law enforcement agencies and dealer partners.
Attend and support regional and national trade shows, industry conferences, expos, and law enforcement events.

Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
