Responsibilities
- This role is instrumental in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient management of clinical technology that supports high-quality patient care across the hospital and partner organizations throughout the region.
- The successful candidate will lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of departmental strategies, quality improvement initiatives, risk management systems and operational priorities aligned with CHEO's mission, values and strategic direction.
- This role requires a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who can build strong relationships across clinical, operational and external stakeholder groups.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee significant operational budgets.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant discipline along with approximately ten years of related experience, including a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity.
