- Overview Kimley-Horn's Denver Tech Center office is seeking a Land Use Permitting Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join their Environmental team!
- Assess project impacts on the natural, physical, and human environment and, as appropriate, assist in the development of minimization and mitigation measures.
- Attend meetings and communicate with clients and various regulatory agencies to identify and fulfill any regulations and requirements relating to projects.
- Monitor and adhere to project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including land use permitting in Colorado and/or adjacent states.
- Experience with NEPA a plus.
Compensation
- $95,000 - $155,000 Eligible for performance based bonuses Why Kimley-Horn?
