About the role

At WITHIN, we're looking for professionals with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (paid social and/or paid search) who have worked directly on revenue optimization (ROAS, CPA and overall spend efficiency), including scaling campaigns profitably.
You will be hired as a Digital Media Strategist, managing performance campaigns focused on revenue growth, while being trained to expand beyond execution into client strategy, communication, and leadership.
You'll gain exposure to high-growth brands, full-funnel performance marketing, and cross-channel strategy.

Own client relationships and lead strategic direction
Mentor and manage junior team members
Drive performance across integrated marketing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads (training is included for candidates who have experience in only one of these platforms)
Analyze cross-channel performance data and deliver actionable insights
Build and present performance reports and KPI dashboards
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
Develop client communication and strategy skills

2+ years of hands-on paid media experience (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
Direct experience optimizing campaigns for revenue (ROAS, CPA) is REQUIRED
Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
