Responsibilities
- Leads Concentric's Business Development efforts with a split portfolio - providing Risk Advisory consulting services directly to clients while driving business development growth for the Risk Advisory and Retainer Partnership service lines.
- Work under the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer to create integrated growth strategies that leverage Risk Advisory to deepen existing relationships and generate opportunities across Concentric's broader service offerings.
- Collaborate with Business Development to strengthen proposal quality, competitive positioning, and client engagement strategies.
- Manages Concentric's retainer and partnership client relationships, serving as the primary point of accountability for clients on ongoing advisory agreements.
- Lead the continued development of Concentric's Risk Advisory practice, in collaboration with the Vice President of Risk Advisory and the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer.
- Build scalable systems that support consistent, high-quality consulting delivery.
- Establish and maintain service methodologies, assessment frameworks, deliverable standards, templates, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage the Risk Advisory consulting pipeline from initial client engagement through project completion by:
