Responsibilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop highly technical engineering teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead and develop the IAM Engineering team, including performance management, coaching, career development, and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute the IAM Engineering roadmap aligned with organizational cybersecurity and business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with Information Security leadership to implement identity-related security controls.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
- Drive remediation of identity-related risks and vulnerabilities.
- Lead IAM-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to integrate enterprise applications into IAM services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in leadership, engineering, customer service, cybersecurity, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management architecture and security principles.
- Knowledge of modern authentication protocols and identity federation technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, SOX, NIST, and HITRUST.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
