About the role
- The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and administrative operations of the clinic.
- Responsibilities include liaising with clients and healthcare professionals, managing budgets, managing staffing, and implementing procedures to enhance client care and efficiency of business operations.
- The right candidate will be equally adept in delivering excellent client service and using critical thinking skills to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff is meeting performance expectations and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Lead the recruitment process for new staff members, conducting interviews, assessing cultural fit, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
