About the role
- Field Work Schedule: 10 - 12 hours a day, 14 days on/14 days off rotations
- Per Diem: Provided at the prevailing GSA standard rate.
Responsibilities
- However, historically it's been hard to find and expensive to develop.
- Our 2 or 3-person field teams, composed of geologic and equipment technicians, collaborate with our geologists and geoscientists on geothermal exploration projects.
Requirements
- Success in this role also requires the ability to work effectively in challenging and variable environments, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and other demanding conditions.
Nice to have
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years.
- CDL is preferred, and will grant an automatic pay increase.
- Strong commitment to personal and team safety.
- High degree of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to commute long distances (300+ miles) and participate in extended field rotations (14 days).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions at a fast operational tempo.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field from an accredited institution preferred.

Benefits
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE, plus a production bonus (typically totaling $350 to $450 per day).
