About the role

- Servers will be responsible for the dining experience to include greeting the guests, serving the guest in a gracious and professional manner that represents the highest of standards to ensure exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Marriott standards under the franchise of Mainsail. Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, including ingredients, preparation, accompaniments, and sauces
- Manage differing personalities within the property, the resort, and the community
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a server
- Ability to use technology, e.g., tablets, iPads, computers, and POS system
- Ability to work on a team with members of the Front of House staff
- Proven experience in describing dishes and beverages to guests
- Ability to handle station, and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
