About the role
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented French Speaking Senior Recruiter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.
- They will be responsible for supporting candidates through various aspects of the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of junior to mid senior level roles as needed.
- Maintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates.
- Deliver and exceed your targets.
- Conduct behavioural mock interviews, conduct CV/resume support exercises, and provide support and coaching as needed to assist with candidate placement.
Requirements
- Candidates must be professionally proficient in both English and French.
- Assist in preparing reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment.
- Tech-related recruitment preferred.
- Proficiency in using Recruitment software and tools like Greenhouse (ATS) Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with technical recruitment and managing candidate pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews, including technical and behavioral mock interviews.
- Familiarity with managing job postings on career websites and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
