Responsibilities
- Develops short and long-term people and organizational strategies in alignment with PCI Pharma Services goals and direction.

- Role will have several core functions, including but not limited to EH&S Management, Incident Management, Client Support, Safety Culture, Compliance, and Environmental Sustainability.
- Plan and implement EH&S programs including safe handling of potent compounds.
- Perform risk assessments on new/changed processes and agents and make recommendations for engineering and administrative controls and personal protective equipment.
- Develop a strong safety culture, ensuring all incidents are reported, investigated and corrective actions implemented as appropriate
Compensation
- For candidates in San Diego, CA, the hiring range for this position is $151,360 - $170,280 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus
