Uses a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets.

2nd Shift 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm Weekend overtime as needed.
Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
Removes damaged boards with pry bar/hammer.
Cleans area during and at end of shift.
May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
Performs other duties as required.
Skills Must be 18+ years old Basic tool knowledge is a plus Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Duties Include: Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment Attention to detail & commitment to quality Inspects pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination.
