About the role

That work includes monthly and quarterly performance reviews, strategy sessions, and status updates across the Field Technical Services organization.
This role is responsible for directing, leading, and executing critical system implementations for DoW.
You will serve as the trusted advisor and as the customers' voice, influencing and refining the Hypori Experience from inside the program.

Manage the alignment of Federal Programs personnel across various customer engagements and internal projects
Identify and manage risks and issues within each program and define corrective action to avoid or minimize disruption to the implementation process
Design program playbooks to standardize repeatable implementation processes across similar customer bases
Advise and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical stakeholders to effectively implement the Hypori product in complex Government environments
Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and Government proposals and procurement documents, including implementation scope, deployment requirements, and technical specifications in support of opportunities driven by the Strategic Account Director
