About the role

  • Our role is to ensure our clients meet their quantifiable business goals every day, consistently, in every market.
  • Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.
  • The Paid Social Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, setup, optimization, and performance of paid social campaigns across dentsu's clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands ‑ on paid social experience, ideally within a digital performance agency or in ‑ house performance team.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across major social platforms.
  • Expertise with: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter/X
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools (an asset).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization platforms.
  • Post-secondary education in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Understanding of third-party tracking, pixels, tags, and measurement.

Nice to have

  • Translate dentsu's audience ‑ first, data ‑ driven approach into actionable paid social tactics and recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform innovations, dentsu tools/tech, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for clients.
  • Conduct audience and competitive research using dentsu tools (where applicable) to inform targeting strategies.
  • Ensure accurate trafficking and adherence to dentsu and client best practices.
  • Use dentsu measurement frameworks (e.g., test & learn agendas, brand lift, incrementality testing) to improve campaign contribution.
  • Ensure all reporting meets dentsu's quality standards, leveraging dashboarding tools where applicable.
  • Present performance updates to clients and internal leadership with confidence and clarity.
  • Act as a strategic and solutions ‑ focused day ‑ to ‑ day contact for clients.

Skills

  • Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $ 80 k-$ 8 5k.
