Technical certifications and/or a degree in quality, technology, and electrical or mechanical engineering areas are beneficial.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and quality monitoring systems is advantageous.
Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
Must be able to lift 10 lbs. and push/pull 20 lbs.
Experience with lab/measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, power supply, source meter, function generator, DMM and thermometers, etc.) is advantageous.
Additional experience with soldering, board assembly, failure analysis, schematics, programming (C, Python, SQL), or running electrical test equipment is beneficial.

Attention to detail for precise performance, quality execution, and accurate reporting.
Analytical skills to determine success / failure of evaluation and stress results.
Technical knowledge of measurement tools, test equipment, and industry standards.
Problem solving to identify issues and seek improvement to ensure high quality level.
Proficiency in office software to effectively record, analyze, and report results.

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $19.00 - $32.69.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
