Responsibilities
- Work directly with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver maximum customer and business value.
- Craft detailed PRDs, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
- Develop deep expertise across core product areas such as scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
- The Product Manager, Core Product owns the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse's core platform experience.
- This role is responsible for delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve usability, drive customer adoption, and support revenue growth across the business.
- The successful candidate will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting deep customer research, analyzing product performance, and defining detailed functional requirements.
- They will design intuitive, scalable user experiences that streamline workflows across scheduling, estimating, job management, and payments, ensuring a seamless experience for all users within the FieldPulse platform.
- This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer success to deliver meaningful improvements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth of the FieldPulse core platform.

Requirements
- Solid foundation in product thinking and an interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems, etc), no deep experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) through internships, school projects, or early career roles.
