About the role
- High School Diploma/GED or successful completion of the UMMC Project Search program.
- Five years of successful work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Responsibilities
- Stocks, maintains and controls inventory of supplies for assigned areas according to the department policy and procedures. Delivers and verifies incoming shipments and/or materials to assigned destinations according to departmental policy and procedures.
- Creates and submits daily system tracking report for all changes

- Computer skills and the ability to work with related software programs.
- Must have Microsoft knowledge and be able to navigate through spreadsheets/databases.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, stocking, and equipment and inventory management methods and procedures.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with staff and upper-level management.
- Communications skills, verbal and written.
