About the role

You'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless hiring experience while helping the team operate efficiently at scale.
This role is based out of our San Francisco office.
Candidate Communication & Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience throughout the interview process.

Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide.
In this role, you'll own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics across technical and non-technical roles.
Beyond coordination, you'll contribute to process improvements, maintain operational excellence across recruiting systems, and help create thoughtful, well-executed experiences for candidates from first touch through offer.

Tools & Systems: Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), scheduling tools (e.g., GoodTime), Google Workspace, and recruiting technologies.
Problem Solving & Prioritization: Ability to anticipate challenges, navigate ambiguity, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving environment.
