About the role
- Marshall Dennehey, P.C., an Am Law 200 civil defense firm with more than sixty years of service, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with five to nine or more years of civil litigation experience to join its Tampa office.
- This position offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-exposure matters for Fortune 500 clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- This is a hands-on role for an experienced litigator.
Responsibilities
- Many matters involve catastrophic losses, multiple claimants, and fatalities, requiring strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to manage complex litigation efficiently and effectively.
- While senior associates work independently on their assigned matters, they also collaborate closely with partners and may assist in mentoring junior attorneys within the group.
- Our department has produced litigators who now lead teams, manage books of business, and handle serious matters throughout Florida.
Requirements
- Senior associates in this group are expected to manage matters from inception through resolution under the general direction of partners, with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment.
