About the role

Work with product management/development teams to plan and execute feature improvements and customizations.
Coordinate with Client Services team to oversee brand setup, training, and launch.

Manage integrations between
Project planning, setup, testing & validation, rollout, and support.
Analyze and validate data from client, provide feedback, and troubleshoot through any potential issues that may arise.
Work with client to develop a rollout strategy -- they will be changing the way they work and you will be dealing with varying levels of resistance/acceptance.
Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting post-launch.
Manage integrations between NuORDER and our clients' back-of-house or third party software platforms:

Have exceptional interpersonal skills, as this is a client-facing role.
Exceptional ability to tackle problems through logic.
You will be coming up with the best way to get from A to B using the tools/functions available.
Functional or working knowledge of EDI, ERP systems and Software implementation.
Strong grasp of data analysis and manipulation -- you will be using Excel on a daily basis.
Able to learn new software programs quickly and intuitively.
Love a challenge and take satisfaction in getting the job done.
Fashion industry, wholesale, e-commerce, or IS/SaaS experience preferred.
