Who You Are: This role is a Senior Back End Developer for an exciting new business initiative at Galaxy.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems, APIs, and databases that support the business's web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features and services.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including code reviews and automated testing frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in back-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Experience with Microservices and Event based architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in using Caching and Messaging Queues like Kafka.
Experience using Postman and Git / Bitbucket.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market.
