Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
Nice to have
- Run and oversee all aspects of the plastic injection molding/ extrusion process, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Configure machines with precision to accommodate varying production needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular tests and inspections to verify product quality according to established procedures.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3yrs of experience in plastic extrusion or similar manufacturing environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Skills
- Our three-shift injection molding and extrusion operation is located in Fitchburg, MA.
- The Fastener Solutions Division is ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified.
