About the role
- About Valle del Sol Join Valle del Sol in our commitment to providing quality, culturally sensitive integrated primary care and behavioral health services to adults, children, and adolescents in need.
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Arizona license to practice medicine (MD/DO) with full prescribing authority.
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible (Board Eligible must obtain Board Certification within 1 year of hire).
Responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary professionals to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
- TB screening documentation (PPD, QuantiFERON, and/or chest x-ray as required).
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible (Board Eligible must obtain Board Certification within 1 year of hire).
- Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; excellent organization and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered services.
- Working knowledge of Windows 365 and electronic health record (EHR) systems (NextGen experience preferred).
- Compliance/Screening: Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Health Requirements: TB screening documentation (PPD, QuantiFERON, and/or chest x-ray as required).
- Immunization documentation or titers/declination forms for: Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
