About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to members of our leadership team.
This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, environment.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing high-volume calendars, coordinating sophisticated travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with executives to manage complex, dynamic calendars with numerous external engagements including client meetings, industry events, and partner interactions.
Arrange comprehensive travel logistics including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries. Manage travel disruptions with agility and develop contingency plans as needed.
Anticipate needs across time zones and ensure executives have all necessary materials, briefing documents, and meeting preparations in advance.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships that reflect well on the executives and the organization.
