Responsibilities
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Build reporting data pipelines and dashboards to ensure stakeholders can access accurate, timely, and actionable insights
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Design and execute A/B tests and apply causal inference methods to measure impact and inform product decisions
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Partner directly with stakeholders to understand key business questions that improve Ad Quality and accelerate the evolution of Ads Products
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Develop analytics tools, models, alerts, and testing frameworks to measure Ad Quality and Ads Product metrics and inform business strategies
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Deliver presentations that clearly and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Deep knowledge of experimental design and causal inference methods, including expertise in A/B testing
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ability to work independently and manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams
Requirements
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of advanced analytics experience, or a master's/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience with R or Python for data analysis and modeling
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience with forecasting models such as SARIMA, Prophet, TFT, or similar approaches
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Experience with advertising systems, programmatic advertising, and advertising identity
Compensation
- For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $127,500 - $170,400 annually.
