Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of an editorial content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication across channels.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate, compelling and audience-appropriate content.
- Social Media Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms (primarily LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
- Support the development of social media strategies and campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives.
- Thought Leadership and Conferences Support conference and event logistics, including preparation of presentation materials, booth assets and pre- and post-event communications.
- Support organization's presence at industry events, including displays, collateral development and overall event coordination.
- Digital Marketing and Email Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Support the setup and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and nurture programs.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide regular reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support for internal events, including client meetings, by coordinating cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience supporting conference or trade show participation.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools for digital asset creation.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience in specialty pharmacy, patient access, hub services or life sciences marketing.
