Holman currently has an excellent opportunity to join our team in Rancho Cordova as an Engineering Manager.

Manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Drive the product development process including preparing return-on-investment analyses, establishing timelines with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
Monitor product performance after the sale to ensure quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage the product development team with support from leadership, which can include Engineers, Designers, Product Specialists, etc.
Develop team members to improve skills in current roles as well as building a bench of talent for future roles through succession planning
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Create false or misleading representations of identity (e.g., deepfakes or altered images/videos)

Answer interview questions on their behalf, or use AI tools in any way during the interview or other qualification process(es).
Misrepresent or embellish qualifications, skills, or experience

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $126,210.00 - $195,630.00 USD annually for full time employees.
The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
Identify and prioritize new product opportunities including competitive analysis, price points, and estimated annual volume.
