About the role

Responsibilities
- Assess clients' housing needs, strengths, and resources to develop effective support strategies
- Advocate for expanded housing resources and collaborate with community partners
- Maintain knowledge of community recovery resources and support systems
- In this vital role, you'll work closely with clients to assess their housing needs, coordinate housing placements, and provide ongoing support to help them maintain stable housing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, nursing or a closely related field
- Equivalent experience may be substituted on the basis of one year for each year of required educational training with a base education of a High School Diploma or GED
Nice to have
- Must complete background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Compensation
- Must complete all required training at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
