- JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Execution Manager to join our Supply Chain team located in Dallas, TX.

- Directly manage and develop a team of Supply Chain Execution Leads and Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Build team capacity, identify skill gaps, and implement training and development plans to strengthen execution capability.
- Own end-to-end execution standards and processes for material procurement, logistics, and delivery across all assigned projects and markets.
- Develop and maintain execution playbooks, SOPs, and delivery frameworks that scale across projects and geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction logistics, procurement, or materials coordination, including at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data across projects.
