About the role
- Aerospace Engineer will apply aerospace structural engineering expertise to reliability analysis, component testing, airworthiness documentation, failure investigations, and sustainment optimization.

Requirements
- Experience identifying Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability drivers, maintenance significant items, and mission critical components supporting reliability analysis and RCM updates
- Ability to map and interpret technical requirements, subsystem documentation, work-unit codes, and maintenance intervals for aerospace integrity programs
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
- Experience supporting overhaul manual updates, Bill of Materials (BOM) evaluations, and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) development
- Experience performing corrosion mapping, trend analysis, and reviewing fleet environmental exposure data
- Experience with automation and scripting with skills such as Python, TCL, and Excel to support FEM post-processing and engineering workflows
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
- Secret clearance is required.
- You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
Compensation
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
