  • Brightstone Therapy is a family-owned ABA provider in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a driven and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • You'll have the support, structure, and leadership needed to thrive-without sacrificing work-life balance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus

Compensation

  • $60,000+ annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses
