About the role
- Brightstone Therapy is a family-owned ABA provider in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a driven and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team.

- We provide services in clinic, home, and school settings, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals and their families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
- Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- You'll have the support, structure, and leadership needed to thrive-without sacrificing work-life balance.
Nice to have
- Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
- Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus
Compensation
- $60,000+ annual compensation, including performance-based bonuses

- $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
- $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses

- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform
