About the role

  • Starting Pay Rate: $18/hr with $1.00 shift differential
  • Also, responsible for working with a sense of urgency while maintaining the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties:

Requirements

  • Ability to read a tape measure as well as read and interpret fractions and decimals
  • Ability to read at least minimum word and number recognition/Visual Cues
  • Identify hazards while understanding station knowledge of safety hazards/protocols/PPE
  • Variations - having knowledge of measurement standards and tolerances
  • Knowledge of product defects specifically to their workstation
  • Profile Recognition ability to recognize shapes and compare to sample drawing
  • Ability to Train Operators
  • Ability to oversee multiple workstation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
