Requirements
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice® applications
- Experience in day‑to‑day responsibilities related to their assigned team
- Aptitude. proficiency with computer software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite

- Course(s) of study applicable to the area of business
- Ability to display a positive business presence with management and external personnel
- A strong interest in Banking as a career
- Other majors with a strong interest in financial services, lending, and consumer banking may also be considered
- Coursework involving lending, underwriting, or portfolio management.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, and a desire to learn about credit analysis, risk ratings, pricing, spreads, and customer-focused financial solutions are highly valued.
