Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling software products.
Experience leading platform, infrastructure, developer platform, or similar technical product initiatives.
Strong experience partnering with engineering teams on APIs, distributed systems, platform capabilities, or technical architecture.
Strong understanding of compliance considerations, governance frameworks, and operational requirements for customer-facing platforms.
Ability to define long-term product strategies while managing changing priorities and business constraints.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams.

Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, marketplaces, or similar environments is a plus.
