Responsibilities
- Support basic repairs including replacing cords, handles, blades, filters, and other common wear items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool shop and storage areas.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs for short distances (up to 50 feet).

- Tool Technician Support (Primary Focus)
- Clean, test, label, and stage tools so they are job-site ready at all times.
- Pick, prepare, and organize tools for site requests received via forms or phone calls.
- Assist with moving tools between warehouse zones and coordinating external servicing or recertifications.
- 1+ years working with tools in a tool rental shop, construction tool shop, equipment repair environment, or small‑engine service setting.
- Tool rental, warehouse, or mechanical experience is an asset.
