Responsibilities
- Lead regional security for The Americas and drive delivery of Commercial Real Estate (facilities) and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 7 year of work experience in project management, facilities management, security and/or related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Degree or training in security / risk / crisis management
Nice to have
- Contracting and vendor management
- Strong understanding of physical security systems and controls
- Strong expertise in risk assessment and mitigation
- Strong experience in project, construction, or infrastructure delivery
- Proven professional experience in Corporate Security in an international company
- Project management (planning, budgeting, execution)
- Ability to combine hands-on project delivery with security leadership and decision-making
- Strong execution and delivery focus
