About the role
- This role serves as the main point of contact for both employees and managers when it comes to the timecard completion, review, and approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly audits to ensure accurate set up of all new hires.
- Maintain employee payroll records; ensure employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
- Perform routine data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- The Payroll Practitioner II is responsible for performing a wide variety of payroll tasks to establish and maintain accurate employee payroll records in a high volume.
- You'll get unwavering support from all departments and total transparency from the top down.
Skills
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Minimum 1 year payroll or accounting experience, preferred.
- FPC Designation, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday preferred.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to details and math skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
