About the role
- D&G Landscaping is seeking reliable and experienced Skilled Labourers to support our softscape and hardscape crews on active commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with construction tools, site layout, and general site preparation, and takes pride in contributing to a safe, efficient job site.
- Perform duties such as raking, shoveling, brooming and moving materials (e.g., aggregates)

- Build and maintain garden beds, including soil preparation, planting flowers, shrubs, and perennials

Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with construction tools, site layout, and general site preparation, and takes pride in contributing to a safe, efficient job site.
- Assist with equipment operation as required (skid steer, mini-x, backhoe, tractor etc)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or skilled labour preferred
