About the role

As a Client Relationship Manager you'll have the opportunity to define our customer's experience by being an expert source of knowledge to your assigned accounts.
Act as the single point of contact for the plan sponsors within your book of accounts
Provide timely, superior customer service, including problem solving and issue resolution

You'll work closely with our implementation, sales, and support teams to help ensure that questions and issues are resolved in a timely manner and plans are optimized to meet customer goals.
You'll own customer happiness by marrying effective responsiveness with thoughtful proactive touch-points to anticipate customer needs before they ask.
Assist clients with all ongoing plan design and document support, including understanding their responsibilities with IRS and Department of Labor regulations

Experience with FT William and/or ASC software systems

At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position.
We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $75,000 annually and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package.
Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
