Responsibilities

- The Project Superintendent's primary goal is to manage the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Creating and Managing the Project Schedule under the lead of the Lead Project Superintendent to ensure timely completion of the all-project milestones.
- Working with the Project Engineers to manage and track delivery of all materials to the project.
- Ensuring materials follow the contract documents and approved shop drawings/submittals.
- Working with Project Managers, Lead Project Superintendent and Project Scheduler to perform monthly schedule updates and distributing it out to Development as well as Subcontractors/Vendors.
- Overseeing all Subcontractors/Vendors under the supervision of the Lead Project Superintendent to ensure a well-maintained job site.
- Coordinating with the Lead Project Superintendent and Subcontractors site testing and inspection efforts.
- Ensuring the General Requirements budget for the project is effectively allocated and tracked during the project under the lead of the Lead Project Superintendent.
- Extreme collaboration with Lead Project Superintendents and Subcontractors.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Internet in order to complete required reports and employment documents.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Project.
- Ability to research, learn and understand new software, applications, and hardware and disseminate the pertinent information
- To perform this job successfully, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in construction management, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction.

Nice to have
- Working with Lead Project Superintendent and local authorities to obtain all required inspections and approvals in a timely manner.
- Reviewing subcontractor daily reports and maintaining job site daily logs.
- Working side-by-side with the Construction Team, and with consultation Safety Manager, ensuring a safe work jobsite for not only RangeWater employees but all Subcontractors and general public.
- Overseeing required compliance and all necessary reporting in accordance with RangeWater Construction's Safety Program.
- Leading by example, upholding RangeWater's integrity standards and strong reputation at all times.
