Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the CPRS team.
  • Continually identify opportunities for program improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Years of Experience
  • Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Education Level
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a peer support or similar mental health setting is preferred
  • Certification/Licensure
  • Standing - 10%
  • Sitting - 90%

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
