About the role
- Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician to join our inaugural team in Edina, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Patient Population: Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support adolescent patients
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with an integrated primary care team and multispeciality partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care
- Communication: Builds trust with children and families, encourages open dialogue, and collaborates effectively across the care team.
- Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and care team members to deliver coordinated, whole-child treatment.
- Tech-Forward: Uses technology to support documentation, virtual care, and efficient workflows.
- At Zarminali, clinicians are supported to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while collaborating as therapists, advocates, and educators for children and families.
- Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under, with flexibility to support adolescent patients
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
- Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions affecting children ages 0-12, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
- BLS Certification required
Nice to have
- Four clinical days plus one dedicated administrative day for balance, collaboration, and professional growth
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $ 60,500-$80,000, however the estimated total compensation range is around $73,000-$110,000.
