About the role
- Work with manufacturing leaders to ensure optimal schedule levels in accordance with plant capacity and key performance indicators.
- This position serves as a key cross-functional link between multiple Operations Campuses, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of production activities
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the full production lifecycle, from order entry through shipping.
- Implement proactive improvement of processes and procedures to maximize capacity to improve results of key metrics and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate priorities across departments.
- No travel required
Nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing office environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Strong knowledge of Epicor preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (Strong knowledge of Epicor preferred).

- Work Environment/Travel Requirements
- Mostly an office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor (proper PPE must be worn on manufacturing floor).
- No travel required; this is full-time on-site position.
